Summary
This study looked at two ways to help teenagers with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) exercise: one with a physiotherapist in person and online, and another using a personalized mobile app. Both groups wore smart watches to track activity. The goal was to see if the mobile app could be as effective as supervised sessions for improving fitness, walking, and balance. The study involved 54 teens aged 12-18.
