NCT ID NCT07394790
Summary
This study tests whether a personalized exercise program prescribed by primary care doctors can improve physical fitness and quality of life for adults aged 65 and older in rural areas. Researchers will compare 210 participants who receive either a tailored exercise plan or standard walking advice over three months. The goal is to see if structured exercise guidance helps older adults stay active, maintain muscle strength, and feel better in their daily lives.
