Can a Doctor's exercise prescription outperform a daily walk for seniors?
NCT ID NCT07394790
Summary
This study aims to see if a personalized exercise program created by a healthcare provider is better than standard walking advice for improving fitness and quality of life in adults aged 65 and older living in rural areas. Researchers will compare a group receiving a tailored plan of aerobic, strength, and balance exercises to a group told to walk briskly for 30 minutes daily. The goal is to find a more effective way to help older adults stay active and healthy.
