NCT ID NCT07547007

First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether a 6-month, personalized exercise program (mixing home and hospital sessions) can improve quality of life for people with multiple myeloma. About 86 patients, aged 60 and older, who are not eligible for transplant will be randomly assigned to either receive exercise advice or the full program. The main goal is to see if the program helps them feel better day-to-day.
