Summary

This study tests a personalized exercise program for 120 multiple myeloma patients who are about to have a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if the program reduces fatigue and improves quality of life. Patients will follow an adapted physical activity plan designed to be easy and acceptable, with the hope of making them stronger before treatment.
