Summary

This study tests whether a tailored exercise program can reduce fatigue and improve quality of life in 120 adults with multiple myeloma who are about to receive a stem cell transplant. Participants will follow a personalized physical activity plan designed to be easy and acceptable. The goal is to see if this approach helps patients feel stronger and less tired during treatment.
