Can play and exercise heal trauma for kids in disaster zones?
NCT ID NCT07394764
Summary
This study is testing whether a special 12-week exercise and play program can help children feel better and get stronger after living through a major earthquake. Researchers will work with 90 children, aged 6 to 10, who are living in temporary container housing in Turkey. One group will do the fun, guided activities at a special exercise station, while another group does not, to see if the program improves their mood, reduces stress, and boosts their fitness.
