Summary

This study is testing a new exercise program designed to help older adults with a specific type of heart failure feel better and be more active. Researchers will work with 14 participants in small groups, combining guided exercise with counseling and remote activity tracking. The goal is to see if this approach improves walking ability, strength, and quality of life more effectively than standard care.
