Summary

This study aims to see if a 12-week, home-based exercise program can improve strength, balance, and daily function in frail adults aged 70 and older. Researchers will enroll 86 participants to follow a personalized workout plan and track their progress. The goal is to see if this program can help reduce frailty, improve mobility, and lower the risk of falls.
