Summary
This study will test whether a 12-week, home-based exercise program can improve strength, balance, and daily function in frail and pre-frail adults aged 70 and older. Researchers will enroll 86 participants from a single health center in Spain. The program includes strength, balance, and walking exercises done at home five days a week, with regular check-ins from the research team.
