First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week program combining breathing exercises, resistance training, and aerobic exercise can improve physical health and quality of life in men recovering from drug addiction. About 90 men aged 18-50 in rehab will be randomly assigned to either the combined program or a single type of exercise. The goal is to see if the combined approach works better for heart and lung fitness, muscle strength, and mental well-being.
