Summary
This study looked at whether combining aerobic and resistance exercise with protein supplements can improve muscle mass, strength, and quality of life in older adults with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). About 110 people aged 60–90 took part. The goal was to see if these lifestyle changes can ease symptoms and improve daily function.
