Summary

This study tested a 12-week program combining exercise and nutrition advice for older adults with muscle loss (sarcopenia) and metabolic syndrome. It involved 80 participants aged 65-90 and aimed to see if the program improved physical strength, walking speed, and overall ability to perform daily activities.
