NCT ID NCT07028294
Summary
This study tested a 12-week program combining exercise and nutrition advice for older adults with muscle loss (sarcopenia) and metabolic syndrome. It involved 80 participants aged 65-90 and aimed to see if the program improved physical strength, walking speed, and overall ability to perform daily activities. Researchers measured results at the start, after 12 weeks, and again 12 weeks later to check for lasting effects.
