Summary
This study looked at 27 elite Polish rowers to see how hard exercise changes brain chemicals like serotonin and dopamine, and how energy levels affect performance. Participants did a standard exercise test and had blood tests and questionnaires before, right after, and one hour later. The goal was to understand links between energy, stress, and recovery to help athletes train smarter.
