NCT ID NCT07506343
First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests a 6-session program designed to help female university students feel more motivated to exercise for their own well-being, rather than out of pressure. The program combines motivation-building techniques with lessons on appreciating what your body can do, not just how it looks. Researchers will compare the program to usual care in 194 women aged 18-25 to see if it improves exercise motivation, physical activity, and body image.
