Summary
This study looks at whether tailoring physical activity to the phases of the menstrual cycle can reduce fatigue and improve well-being in women with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis. Twenty women with MS and a matched group without MS will exercise and report their energy, pain, and satisfaction. The goal is to find simple, personalized ways to manage MS symptoms through healthy habits.
