Summary
This study looks at whether matching exercise routines to the phases of the menstrual cycle can reduce fatigue and improve quality of life in women with relapsing-remitting Multiple Sclerosis (MS). About 20 women with MS and a similar group without MS will take part. The goal is to create personalized physical activity plans that fit each woman's cycle, helping manage MS symptoms more effectively.
