Summary
This study is testing whether timing physical exercise to match different phases of a woman's menstrual cycle can help manage fatigue and improve quality of life for people with multiple sclerosis (MS). It involves 20 women with MS and a comparison group without MS. The goal is to see if personalized exercise plans based on the menstrual cycle lead to better symptom control and greater satisfaction with physical activity.
