Summary
This study is exploring whether timing physical exercise to match different phases of a woman's menstrual cycle can help manage the severe fatigue and other symptoms of multiple sclerosis (MS). It involves 30 women with MS and a comparison group without MS, carefully measuring fatigue, energy, pain, and quality of life. The goal is to gather knowledge that could lead to more personalized and effective exercise plans for women living with MS.
