Summary

This study looks at whether different types of exercise (aerobic, resistance, or both) during pregnancy can improve the health of both mother and child. Researchers will follow 300 overweight or obese pregnant women and their babies for one year after birth. The goal is to find the best exercise approach to lower the child's risk of obesity and related health problems.
