Summary
This study looked at whether a supervised exercise program (3 times a week) helps overweight pregnant women and their babies. 140 women were randomly assigned to either exercise or usual care. Researchers measured weight gain, blood sugar levels, and other health markers. The goal was to see if exercise can improve health outcomes during and after pregnancy.
