First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a structured exercise program offered in community settings can help pregnant women with obesity who are not currently active become more physically active. About 228 women will take part, with some receiving the program and others getting usual prenatal care. The goal is to see if the program is practical and effective in real-world settings.
