Special exercises boost motor skills in young girls

Summary
This study tested whether special neuromuscular exercises could improve gross motor skills in 42 healthy second-grade girls. The exercises helped them run and jump better compared to regular physical activity. The findings suggest adding structured training to physical education can support motor development.
