Summary

This study tested whether special neuromuscular exercises could improve gross motor skills like running and jumping in school-age girls. 42 second-grade girls participated, with some doing the special exercises and others doing regular physical activity. The results showed that the special exercises significantly improved their motor skills, suggesting these exercises could be a valuable addition to physical education programs.
