Summary
This study looks at how a 12-week exercise program affects the immune system of people with lung cancer. Researchers will compare two types of exercise (moderate vs. high intensity) to standard care. They will measure changes in immune cells and other markers in the blood to see if exercise can help the body fight cancer better.
