Summary
This study looks at how a 16-week moderate-to-vigorous physical activity program affects physical fitness and gut bacteria in healthy school-aged children. About 113 kids will be randomly assigned to either an exercise group or a control group. The goal is to see if exercise can improve fitness scores and change the diversity of gut microbes.
