Summary

This study is testing whether a simple combination of exercise, fruit, and vitamin supplements can help prevent frailty in older adults. It involves 934 people aged 65 to 80 who don't get much exercise or eat much fruit. One group will follow the exercise and nutrition plan for two months, while another group won't, to see if the plan makes a difference in strength and overall health over a year.
