Summary

tailored motivational messages

What this could lead to

If successful, this could point toward a simple, low-cost way to help people with desk jobs become more active.

What could go wrong

This is a very small, early-stage study with only 20 participants. It focuses on feasibility, not on proving health benefits, so results may not apply broadly.
