Summary
This study tests whether a new approach called 'Exercise Forecasting' can help people with prolonged-sitting jobs become more active. Twenty participants will wear a smartwatch, answer two questions daily, and receive customized motivational messages. The goal is to see if these tailored messages encourage more exercise and less sitting.
