Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week supervised group exercise program set to music can improve emotional and physical health in 100 inactive women aged 35-60 who feel stressed or down. Participants are randomly assigned to either the exercise group or a waitlist. The main goal is to see if the program boosts positive feelings and reduces negative ones.
