Summary
This VA study aims to understand if exercise might help slow vision loss in aging Veterans. Researchers are measuring vision and blood markers in 14 participants before, during, and after a 12-week exercise program. The goal is to find biological signs that could predict who might benefit from exercise as a potential low-cost way to protect eyesight.
