Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week multimodal exercise program can improve physical performance and muscle function in middle-aged adults (45-64 years) with type 2 diabetes. 66 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive standard care or join the exercise program. The goal is to find a practical way to help manage diabetes-related muscle decline and support healthy aging.
