Special exercises show promise for improving teen posture and well-being
NCT ID NCT05530850
Summary
This study tested two different 12-week exercise programs for adolescents with a rounded upper back (thoracic kyphosis). Researchers wanted to see if exercises could improve posture, balance, and quality of life. One program used a holistic approach with posture awareness training, while the other focused on the upper back. Both exercise groups showed improvements in posture and quality of life after the program.
