NCT ID NCT05530850
Summary
This study tested two different exercise programs for adolescents with a rounded upper back (thoracic kyphosis). Researchers wanted to see if exercises could improve posture, balance, and quality of life. One program used a holistic approach that included posture awareness training, while the other focused on the upper back. Both programs were done three times a week for 12 weeks.
