Summary
This study tested whether a supervised exercise program could help patients undergoing stem cell transplants for blood cancers. Fifteen participants were assigned to either an 8-week exercise program or standard care. The goal was to see if exercise could help patients maintain their physical strength and possibly improve recovery during the difficult transplant process.
