Summary
This study looks at whether a short, two-week program of aerobic exercise combined with a parent-led sleep education program can improve sleep in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). About 120 children aged 3-11 with ASD and sleep problems will take part. The goal is to see if this approach helps them fall asleep faster, sleep more soundly, and improve their daytime behavior and attention.
