Summary
This study is testing whether a specific exercise program can help improve shoulder function and reduce pain in women who have had mastectomy surgery for breast cancer. Researchers will work with 60 women aged 35-55 who are experiencing shoulder problems 3-4 months after their surgery. The program focuses on strengthening and stabilizing exercises for shoulder muscles, with researchers measuring muscle activity and tracking pain and disability levels.
