Summary
This study is testing a special exercise program designed to help women who have shoulder pain and weakness after breast removal surgery (mastectomy). Researchers want to see if targeted strength and stability exercises can improve how the shoulder muscles work together during everyday movements. The study will measure muscle activity and ask participants about their pain and ability to perform daily tasks.
