First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested whether a supervised exercise program can reduce fatigue and improve quality of life in people with shoulder instability. 108 adults who had at least one shoulder dislocation in the past year took part. Half did the exercise program, and half received usual care. The goal was to see if exercise helps with fatigue, movement, and preventing future dislocations.
