First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a supervised exercise program (called MoveUS) can reduce fatigue and improve quality of life in people with unstable shoulder. 108 adults who had at least one shoulder dislocation in the past year took part. Half did the exercise program with a physiotherapist, and half received usual care. The goal was to see if exercise helps with fatigue, movement, and preventing future dislocations.
