Exercise showdown: which scoliosis therapy straightens better?
NCT ID NCT06806020
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compared two exercise programs—SEAS and BSPTS—for 30 teens with mild scoliosis (curves under 30 degrees). The goal was to see which approach better stops the curve from getting worse and improves posture and quality of life. Both methods use special exercises to strengthen the back and improve alignment without surgery or braces.
