Home exercise program may boost heart and mind in newly diagnosed PH patients

Summary
This study looks at whether starting a 12-week home exercise program soon after diagnosis can improve how far patients with pulmonary hypertension can walk, their quality of life, and their mental health. About 40 adults will take part, with some starting exercise right away and others waiting 6 months. The goal is to see if exercise plus medication works better than medication alone.
