Six-Week workout eases pregnancy back pain
NCT ID NCT07447466
Summary
This study tested whether a 6-week supervised exercise program could improve back and pelvic movement and reduce pain in pregnant women. Fifty women in their second trimester were randomly assigned to either do the exercises or continue their normal daily activities. The exercise group performed targeted strength training for their back, core, and hip muscles to see if it could counteract the stiffness and discomfort that often comes with pregnancy.
