Can targeted exercise ease pregnancy back pain?
NCT ID NCT07447466
Summary
This study tested whether a 6-week supervised exercise program could improve back and pelvic mobility and reduce pain in pregnant women. Fifty women in their second trimester were randomly assigned to either complete the exercise program or continue their normal daily activities. Researchers measured how well participants could move their backs and hips, and tracked their pain levels before, during, and after the program.
