NCT ID NCT07377383

First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at how a 20-week exercise program combining strength and cardio training affects heart health, body composition, mood, and menopause symptoms in physically active postmenopausal women. Researchers will compare different ways of combining these exercises to find the best approach. The study involves 60 women who are at least one year past their last period and have no major health issues except possibly well-controlled high blood pressure.
