Summary
This study tests a structured strength training program (FaStEx) for people who feel very tired after a stroke. Sixteen participants will either do supervised strength exercises twice a week plus home activity, or just home activity alone, for eight weeks. The goal is to see if the program is practical and whether it can reduce fatigue and improve leg strength and balance confidence.
