New exercise plan aims to ease pain and improve posture for breast cancer survivors
NCT ID NCT07447024
Summary
This study is testing a special exercise program designed to help women who have had a single breast removed (mastectomy). The goal is to see if the exercises can improve shoulder movement, correct a forward head and rounded shoulder posture, and reduce pain. The program will be given to 60 women and their progress will be measured using posture photos, shoulder function questionnaires, and quality-of-life surveys.
