Summary
This study is testing a special exercise program designed to help women who have had a single breast removed (mastectomy). The program aims to improve shoulder movement, correct a forward head and rounded shoulder posture, and reduce pain. Researchers will measure changes in posture, shoulder function, and quality of life in 60 participants.
