NCT ID NCT07157371
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 35 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 25-week supervised aerobic exercise program (like walking) can improve quality of life, hormone levels, and menstrual regularity in 60 women aged 18-35 with insulin-resistant PCOS. Participants are split into two groups: one does the exercise program plus their usual medication and diet, while the other only follows their usual medication and diet. The goal is to see if adding structured exercise leads to better outcomes.
