Summary

This study looks at whether a 25-week supervised aerobic exercise program can improve hormone levels, menstrual regularity, and quality of life in women aged 18-35 with insulin-resistant PCOS. Sixty participants will either follow the exercise program plus standard care or standard care alone. The goal is to see if exercise can ease symptoms and boost well-being.
