Summary
This study tests a 16-week home-based exercise program for 50 people with Parkinson's disease who are not very active. Participants will either do aerobic and resistance training or simple stretching, all guided by a coach through video chats. The goal is to see if the program increases daily physical activity and improves thinking, symptoms, and quality of life.
